1. Services Offered

Guild Auto Care provides mobile detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, automotive restoration, odor removal, biohazard cleanup, and other related services. Specific service details will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Scheduling: Services are available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone at 239-412-4174, or other designated platforms.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided before service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the vehicle. The final price will be given in person before any service is performed.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $10.00.

  • Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments to ensure quality service and our safety.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Guild Auto Care offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

5. Liability and Damages

  • Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles before service. Guild Auto Care is not liable for lost or damaged items.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Guild Auto Care is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions such as scratches, dents, or malfunctioning parts of the vehicle. We take photos before and after each service that can be provided upon request.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: The customer must provide a safe and accessible space for the detailing service to be performed.

  • Vehicle Condition: Please provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition when booking services.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and will only be used for booking, providing services, and improving customer experience. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Use of Service Photos

By using Guild Auto Care’s services, you agree that we may take photographs and/or videos of your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process. These images may be used for quality assurance, training purposes, and promotional content on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. We will never display any personally identifiable information such as license plates or personal belongings in these images. If you do not wish for photos of your vehicle to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before, during, or after the time of service.

9. Modifications

Guild Auto Care reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
